Hand Tufted Carpet & Rugs are produced by shooting yarn through a tufting gun into a stretched fabric frame, much like a stretched canvas. Each shape and colour is tufted separately, like a colour-by-numbers and their construction makes them perfect choice for geometric designs. Hand tufted rugs are a more affordable than handknotted rugs, take less time to produce, and their durability means they are suitable for commercial applications.

Design Consultation
Using your chosen source of inspiration – whether it’s paint chips, fabric swatches, artwork, room images, floor plans or simply your imagination - we will help you select one of our existing designs to customise, or recommend a brand new design to bring your ideas to life.
Artwork Presentation
Once the design and colour have been selected, our design team will prepare and present you with artwork to scale.
This will include final colour finishes and other samples that will allow you to visualize your finished carpet.
Custom artwork usually need 1-3 works days to drawing
Sample Approval
Quality Sample is usually finished within 2-3 weeks, We will ship the sample to client for approval. If there any comments, we will make a revised sample according to comments. Upon your approval with a confirmed Proforma Invoice or Order, then the production process can begin.
Producing & Shipment
Like all of our rugs, your custom made rug will be hand made by skilled crafts people. This specialised process can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to complete depending on the size, design details and construction of your rug. Our team will oversee the entire production of your order.

Both our in-house and designer collections can be transformed into hall runners, circular rugs, oval rugs, stair runners, wall-to-wall – all made to order to fit your home.
